Having comprehensive experience in residential, consultancy and design environments, Alex's hands-on role centres on the delivery of design information, co-ordinating consultants and maintaining consistency in technical management across projects.
Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, Alex's involvement in higher education within the construction management sector reflects a broader understanding of the principles of co-ordinated delivery and the practical realities of construction.
Within GUYS he supports to the ongoing co-ordination of projects, delivering clarity of information and alignment between design intent and site delivery.
GEE
Development Co-Ordinator
Gee holds a degree in Architecture and has worked in both consultancy and developer environments, providing a well rounded understanding of housing design and delivery from concept stages through to construction.
Highly proficient across CAD and BIM platforms, she leads drawing production and model development contributing to the preparation of co-ordinated and technically robust information at each stage.
At GUYS, Gee supports the development and refinement of housing typologies and technical packages, contributing to design progression and ensuring consistency across live projects.
