Our role typically includes:
- Development and design management;
- Early feasibility and capacity testing;
- Planning, design & consultant coordination;
- Technical oversight and buildability reviews;
- Residential led & mixed-use development of any scale.
By operating across the full lifecycle of a project, design decisions made at feasibility stage are aligned with delivery milestones, commercial realities and technical constraints throughout.
Embedded, site specific or bespoke involvement
Engagements are structured around individual projects or defined portfolios of work.
This could include the management of residential led & mixed use schemes, right through to the delivery, evolution and ongoing maintenance of developer housing portfolios.
Technical and delivery capability
Our involvement is not limited to oversight or coordination. Full technical management can be delivered as part of any appointment. Including:
- Delivery of detailed pre-construction information through to build stage;
- Preparation and coordination of technical inputs & drawing packages;
- Integration of structural, MEP, and specialist consultant information;
- Technical support for modular, off-site, and traditional build systems (including steel frame & concrete).
In-house design & development management
Development management can be provided as a fully embedded, in-house function within the wider development team. This approach provides:
- Continuity of responsibility across development phases;
- Immediate integration within the project structure;
- Clear ownership of coordination and design interfaces;
- Stability within the wider development team.
Rather than acting as an external advisory service, our involvement is considered to function as part of the project infrastructure.
